The Wynn family came to us from California. John Wynn moved to Ozark, MO. to establish not only his talent for music but as builder of musical instruments. Along with his sons Barry and John they began to play in the area playing bluegrass. As their father continued building and repairing instruments the boys established themselves with groups like Fly By Night.
Fly By Night has been together, playing as a professional band for 25 years now, FBN is a very top notch Bluegrass/Newgrass/Country, We’ve we have opened up for some of the biggest names in Country Music, Marty Stuart, Mark Chestnut, Pam Tillis, Ricky Skaggs, Johnny Cash, Neil Sadaka, Kentucky Headhunters, Alabama, The Doobie Brothers, Tracey Byrd, and many more. We have performed for other big venues as well. We were guest on The Jim Stafford Radio show, taped at Silver Dollar City We make frequent appearances every year at Silver Dollar City, The Bluegrass & BBQ, in fact…..The Bluegrass & BBQ Theme Song (Radio Commercial) is Fly By Night We we’re a regular on a radio show called Branson Radio LIVE for 2 years We are regulars on a TV show called Kellys Kountry Junction for 4 seasons….. and still going My Father, John Wynn Sr. of (Wynn Mandolins & Banjos) was a World Famous Mandolin & Banjo Builder who was inducted into the Bluegrass Hall Of Fame in 2010, He past away a couple months after being inducted. I (Berry Wynn) Have carried on his legacy and am building mandolins and do musical instrument repair.
