The first outdoor  rock festival for the Springfield area. This production presented several local

regional and national acts for two days of music and fun. The festival got off to a rocky start with a

court injunction but was ruled to proceed with the local police keeping watch over the people attending

the festival. National groups to play were Crow, ID’s of March, Pacific, Gas and Electric, James Gang and

Sugarloaf.
